Thank you for visiting my web site.  My name is Julia Phillips, owner and therapist at Release Therapies.

Having qualified in 2008 as a Nutritional Therapist, I began to discover the benefits of regular holistic treatments for myself and my clients.   I have continued my training in holistic therapy and now offer Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Facial and Nail Treatments.

My training and background enable me to offer you a highly professional and relaxing service to suit your schedule and lifestyle.

I incorporate high quality natural products in my treatments, ranging from the best quality aromatherapy products and oils from Absolute Aromas, along with facial skincare products from Susan Molyneux.

With the busy schedules of our lives, our health and well being can easily be overlooked.  Giving yourself a break to enjoy a relaxing treatment with me can help you relax and unwind.

There is no hard sell of specific products, however I can advise and guide you with specific choices to help your skin if you wish.

My treatment room is conveniently located in Four Marks and there is ample free parking.  I also offer a mobile service to clients who wish to have treatments in their own home or workplace – please ask for details.
